Fruit Cake
Rich, moist fruit cake, traditionally made to a secret recipe from butter, brown sugar, eggs, fruit, nuts, cherries and many other secret ingredients (no artificial colouring or additives are used).
They're baked in a slow oven for many hours before being stored away to mature, being "fed" at intervals with brandy.

The Covering
The cakes, after maturing are covered with natural almond paste, followed by a generous layer of soft smooth icing - colour matching available if required.
The Decoration
All cakes are individually designed - just for you, for that occasion to remember. Stylish, simple, sophisticated, or over the top!
Specialising in Wedding Cakes, but also Birthday, Anniversary or Christening, in unusual or traditional designs.
Adorned with Roses, Orchids, Lilies, Freesias, Carnations, Lily of the Valley, Trailing Ivy, etc. either to match your Bridal Bouquet or by personal colour.
All flowers (coloured to suit your taste or theme) are individually hand moulded from edible paste (will keep for many years after the event).
Decoration also can include handcrafted lace, embroidery and frills.
